Application: Manure Distributor

Target:

Loadpins are used on tractors with manure distributors,  to mesure the forces acting on the on the coupled fertilizer spreader.

Characterisation:

The manure distributor is raised by three-point hitch. The loadpins are mounted in the lift rods, to mesure the forces at the lower links. Too much weight can cause damage to the tractor. Using a SPS, the measured values were transmitted via analogue outlet.

This technique can prove that mass of fertilizer still is in the manure distributor.  On the basis of such values ​​can be calculated how much fertilizer per hectare of land has been consumed.
